Small covered pavilion at Riverwalk Park. This pavilion is closest to the splashpad. All 5 pavilions are conveniently located near the playground, splashpad, restrooms, and concession stand. Each pavilion has a charcoal grill and small pavilions have 1 covered picnic table. The adjacent lawn can be reserved by special event permit. Please call for permit details. Excellent location to host birthday parties, baby showers, family reunions, etc.
No heavy equipment is allowed in any City facility without prior written consent. Inflatable devices, bounce houses, and live animals are strictly permitted only with a rental of Pavilion #3 or with an approved lawn rental permit; no exceptions. These items may require City staff to be scheduled for an additional fee. Access to water hookups also requires scheduled City staff and an additional fee. All tents must be properly weighted and may not be staked into the ground.
Note:
Pavilion rentals are not staffed except when required and paid for in advance. When not rented, all pavilions are open to the public.
Your rental begins at the time listed. Reserved pavilions will be clearly posted and this receipt is your proof of rental. In the event the pavilion is not vacant when you arrive, please show them your proof of rental which can be verified on the bulletin board. In the event they refuse to leave, the Port Orange Police Department should be called.
If there is a maintenance issue with the pavilion, on the weekdays 8 am - 5 pm please call 386-506-5851. On the weekends please call 386-506-5933.
Inflatable devices, live animals, or other heavy equipment are not permitted without prior approval and payment of additional fees. Please call the office for information on permitting inflatables.
No confetti or water balloons are permitted. Please collect all trash, including food scraps, and place them in the nearby trash can.
Food and drinks, including chewing gum, are prohibited in the splash pad and on the playground. Help us keep the environment clean for everyone.
Amplified music must be family-friendly. Parks & Recreation staff have the right to cancel any rentals immediately if music or behavior is deemed inappropriate.
Alcohol is not permitted unless the renter has applied and paid for a separate alcohol permit prior to their rental.
Each pavilion has a single 110v power outlet, which is located in a combination box on one of the pavilion poles. The Combination is 1867.
